Is the bar also open to external customers?

Yes, our American Bar with outdoor terrace is available to both hotel guests and external customers.

Where can I see the services offered?

Does the structure have any agreements/discounts?

Yes, our property has discounts for guests regarding restaurants, florists, perfumeries, boutiques and more (the complete list is on the hotel page)

Are there useful services in the area?

Yes, there are supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, ATMs, public car parks, tobacconists, newsagent, skate park with football and basketball pitches, police station, hairdressers, Amazon Hub, the beach, Parco Junior, Bella Italia and Efa Village, a gym and the bus station.

Is it possible to get a cheaper price?

Yes, by booking through our official partner Booking Italia Hotels, in the "See room availability" section.

My arrival is imminent, until when can I cancel the reservation?

The reservation can be canceled up to 5 days before the arrival date.

Is the facility hygienic and safe?

Based on current directives, we have chosen "Tollon Srl" as our partner for hygiene and cleaning.

Is Junior Park far?

No, it is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

​

How far is it from the beach?

As with Junior Park, the beach is only 10 minutes from the hotel.

​

I have a small child, can I bring the necessary groceries?

Yes of course.

​

Do you have carpet in your room?

No, the rooms have tiled floors.

Is there heating if it's cold?

Certainly.

​

How far is it from the city centre?

The start of the pedestrian zone is just 15 minutes away on foot.

Can I rent a bicycle?

Bike rental: You can borrow bikes for free (according to availability).

​

Can I change the dates of my stay?

It is possible to change the dates of your stay with advance notice (up to 5 days before the day of arrival) at no cost, but subject to availability of the accommodation.

How can I pay?

You can pay in cash, by debit card or by credit card.

​

From what time to what time is breakfast served?

The buffet breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00.

If we arrive before check-in, can we leave our luggage?

If you need it, you can leave your luggage at the reception. We'll take care of bringing it to your room until you arrive.

Is it possible to leave the room later?

If accommodation is available, we offer the possibility of extended use of the room for a small fee.

Is parking included?

For parking we have two possibilities: a free car park available until exhaustion and a private one, under video surveillance, with a barrier, for a fee of 4.50 euros per day

Can I bring a pet?

We are sorry but we do not accept pets.

When is payment made?

Payment is made directly at check-in.

Do you also do half board or full board?

No, only bed and breakfast.

What is the difference between single and single economy?

The first has a terrace, larger bed and larger room overall.

Can I request an invoice?

Certainly.

Is beach service included?

No, it is not included in the price, but we offer free entrance in a swimming pool.

​

I forgot some personal items, what can I do?

The facility collects and stores forgotten personal items for a period of one year. During this period of time, you can stop by the facility or send a courier to collect the items. (Shipping is at the customer's expense).​
