Yes, the parking is free and accessible according to availability.

Sorry, however we do not accept pets.

The reservation can be canceled within 5 days from the arrival date.

In compliance with the current directives, our choice for hygiene and cleaning is "Cleaning SRL" (more info by clicking on Cleaning Srl in the footer). You will also find dispensers in every area of the structure.

Is the Junior Park far?
No, it is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

How far is the beach?
As well as the Parco Junior, the beach is just 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Do you have carpet in the room?
No, the rooms have a tiled floor.

Is there heating by air conditioning when it's cold?
Absolutely.

How far is the center?
The start of the pedestrian zone is only a 15-minute walk away.

Can i rent a bike?
Yes, we offer bike rental service, the first hour is free and then it costs 1 euro per hour.

Can I change the dates I booked?
It is possible to change the booked dates by advance notice (within 5 days from the day of arrival) without charge, but according to the availability of the structure.

How can I pay?
You can pay with cash, debit cards, bancomat.

What time is breakfast?
The buffet breakfast will be held from 07.30 am to 10.00 am.

Can we leave our luggages if we arrive before check-in?
If needed, you can leave your luggages at the reception. We will take care of transporting them to your room pending your arrival.

Is it possible to leave the room later?
If the structure has availability, we offer prolonged use of the room with a small supplement.

I forgot some personal items, what can I do?
The facility collects and stores forgotten personal items for a period of one year. During this time, you can stop by the facility or send a courier to collect the items. (Shipping is charged to the customer).
